The meeting was attended by Ahmadjon Xusanov, First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work of Kokand State University, university legal consultant Xayrulla Hazratqulov, and Nozima Shokirova, head of the Kokand City Civil Registry Office. The specialists provided detailed insights into the role of the family in society, the responsibility of young people in building a family, the legal foundations of marriage, and issues related to creating a healthy family environment.

During the event, it was particularly emphasized that the role and responsibility of mothers are invaluable in strengthening the institution of the family. Speakers noted that educated and spiritually mature mothers play an important role in child upbringing and emphasized that educating young people in the spirit of national values remains one of today’s pressing priorities.

The meeting also provided information about ongoing efforts to improve legal literacy among young people, foster mutual respect and responsibility in family relationships, and prevent divorces. The event continued in the form of an open dialogue rich in questions and answers.

At the end of the event, the mothers and mothers-in-law of the faculty’s talented female students were awarded letters of appreciation by the university administration. The female students, in turn, sincerely thanked the university leadership and their parents for the opportunities and conditions created for them, quality education, and continuous support and attention.

This meeting was significant in further strengthening young people’s understanding of the family as a sacred institution, preparing them thoroughly for independent life, and contributing to the establishment of a healthy family environment in society.
