Online meeting with "Research Institute of Artemia and Aquaculture".

An online meeting took place between the Institute of Agriculture and Agricultural Technologies of Karakalpakstan and the Research Institute of Artemia and Aquaculture. The purpose of the meeting is to create a joint Uzbek-Iranian project on the topic “Prospects for the artificial cultivation of the Artemia population in the aquaculture of Karakalpakstan.”

The content of the project is to analyze and make proposals on the efficiency, environmental impact and feasibility of growing brine shrimp and other aquaculture facilities, as well as the construction of ponds for their cultivation in saline soil systems around the Aral Sea and the production of raw and processed brine shrimp, increase the scale of product exports and create jobs for the population.
