Tashkent State University of Economics and Nanjing Audit University have signed a “Roadmap” to expand cooperation.
As previously reported, the university delegation is on a working visit to Nanjing Audit University (People’s Republic of China). During the visit, a meeting was held between the delegation and Ms. Dong Birong, Chairperson of the Council of Nanjing Audit University, where prospects for bilateral cooperation were discussed. Following the discussions, agreements were reached on implementing the objectives outlined in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-252 dated December 18, 2025, “On additional measures to further improve the activities of state audit and financial control.” The parties agreed to cooperate in the field of public audit, organize joint academic events, enhance the qualifications of academic staff, promote student exchange, conduct joint research, develop joint curricula, and introduce the discipline “Information Technology Audit.” At the conclusion of the meeting, a Plan of Measures (“Roadmap”) was signed between Tashkent State University of Economics and Nanjing Audit University, aimed at developing cooperation in several areas based on the “Chinese experience in auditing.” This document will contribute to elevating cooperation between the two higher education institutions to a new level and facilitating the implementation of advanced practices in the field of auditing. For reference: Nanjing Audit University (NAU), located in Nanjing, PRC, is the only higher education institution in the world specializing exclusively in auditing. Established in 1983, the university currently has over 20,000 students and 1,200 faculty members. Its structure includes more than 20 faculties and schools, including the School of Government Audit and the School of Accounting. In cooperation with the National Audit Office of China, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Education, the university implements a master's program in auditing for countries participating in the “Belt and Road Initiative.” Additionally, NAU is recognized by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) as the only university in Asia with the status of “Center of Excellence.”
Avval xabar qilinganidek, universitet delegatsiyasi Xitoy Xalq Respublikasining Nankin audit universitetida xizmat safari bilan bo‘lib turibdi.
Tashrif doirasida delegatsiya Nankin audit universiteti Kengashi raisi Dong Birong xonim bilan uchrashuv o‘tkazdi. Uchrashuv davomida ikki tomonlama hamkorlik istiqbollari muhokama qilindi.
Muzokaralar yakuniga ko‘ra, O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining 2025-yil 18-dekabrdagi PF-252-sonli “Davlat auditi va moliyaviy nazorat faoliyatini yanada takomillashtirish bo‘yicha qo‘shimcha chora-tadbirlar to‘g‘risida”gi Farmonida belgilangan vazifalarni amalga oshirish bo‘yicha kelishuvlarga erishildi.
Tomonlar davlat auditi sohasida hamkorlik qilish, qo‘shma akademik tadbirlar o‘tkazish, professor-o‘qituvchilar malakasini oshirish, talabalar almashinuvi, ilmiy tadqiqotlar olib borish, qo‘shma o‘quv rejalari ishlab chiqish hamda “Axborot texnologiyalari auditi” fanini joriy etish bo‘yicha kelishib oldilar.
Uchrashuv yakunida Toshkent davlat iqtisodiyot universiteti va Nankin audit universiteti o‘rtasida “Yo‘l xaritasi” imzolandi. Ushbu hujjat “Xitoy audit tajribasi” asosida hamkorlikni rivojlantirishga qaratilgan.
Mazkur hujjat ikki oliy ta’lim muassasasi o‘rtasidagi hamkorlikni yangi bosqichga olib chiqish hamda audit sohasida ilg‘or tajribalarni joriy etishga xizmat qiladi.
Ma’lumot uchun: Nankin audit universiteti (NAU) Xitoyning Nankin shahrida joylashgan bo‘lib, dunyoda faqat audit yo‘nalishiga ixtisoslashgan yagona oliy ta’lim muassasasi hisoblanadi. 1983-yilda tashkil etilgan universitetda bugungi kunda 20 000 dan ortiq talaba va 1 200 nafar professor-o‘qituvchi faoliyat yuritadi. Universitet tarkibida 20 dan ortiq fakultet va maktablar mavjud, jumladan Davlat auditi maktabi va Buxgalteriya hisobi maktabi. Xitoy Davlat audit boshqarmasi, Savdo vazirligi va Ta’lim vazirligi bilan hamkorlikda “Bir kamar, bir yo‘l” tashabbusi ishtirokchilari uchun magistratura dasturi amalga oshiriladi. Shuningdek, NAU Ichki auditorlar instituti (IIA) tomonidan Osiyodagi yagona “Mukammallik markazi” sifatida e’tirof etilgan.
