Food technology (food technology)

The Bachelor's Program in Food Technology prepares highly qualified specialists in food production, processing, preservation, and quality management. Students gain knowledge in food chemistry, microbiology, food processing technologies, product standardization and certification, quality management systems, food safety, and production organization. The curriculum emphasizes practical training in modern food processing equipment, product development, quality assurance, and process optimization. Graduates are well prepared for careers as food technologists, production engineers, quality control specialists, and laboratory experts in food manufacturing companies, processing plants, certification bodies, and regulatory organizations.

If a foreign citizen holds a valid residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the tuition fee will be USD 900.
