Sobre la universidad

La creación del Instituto Internacional de Tecnología e Ingeniería de Alimentos en la República de Uzbekistán es un hito importante en el desarrollo de la industria alimentaria en la región. El Instituto satisfará las necesidades de empresarios de sectores, industrias, exportadores, formuladores de políticas, organizaciones gubernamentales e instituciones específicas de Uzbekistán.

El Instituto servirá como un instituto líder que consolidará e integrará los recursos y la experiencia disponibles en el campo de la ciencia, la tecnología y la ingeniería de los alimentos, y también funcionará como un proveedor integral de soluciones para todos los problemas de la industria alimentaria en la República de Uzbekistán.

Facultades

Currently, the Faculty of Food Technology and Management includes departments of exact and natural sciences, food technology, and social economics.

Starting from the 2023-2024 academic year, the faculty offers the following bachelor's degrees:
1. Food technology (by type of product);

2. Metrology, standardization, and product quality management (by industry);

3. Economics: Food and resource economics;

4. A catering service for residents and tourists has been created, and currently students are studying full-time in the above educational areas. Currently, about twenty highly qualified professors and teachers work in the departments of the faculty.
