You can submit documents to the Moscow State University Branch in Tashkent:

via the MSU remote application system – webanketa.msu.ru
in person to the Admissions Office of the Moscow State University Branch in Tashkent.
For the Master's program

Admission to the first year of the Lomonosov Moscow State University Branch in Tashkent is competitive for the Master's program in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, Psychology, Advertising and Public Relations, Teacher Education, and Political Science. The duration of study is two years.

Admission to the first year of study in The Master's program begins on June 20, 2026, and ends on July 15, 2026.

List of required documents:

· Application (via the MSU electronic information system – webanketa.msu.ru);

· Original and copy of passport (ID card and residence permit) with a notarized translation into Russian. (You must upload scans of the following pages: the original passport and a copy of the passport with a notarized translation into Russian, a current residence permit (propiska) with a notarized translation into Russian (if available, usually the second page of the passport);
Note: If you are using an ID card, a notarized translation into Russian of the ID card and an additional registration (propiska) sheet is required;

· an original state-issued education document (higher education) with the full diploma supplement. (You must upload scans of the following pages: the diploma spread with the number, full name, and educational institution information, the full diploma supplement (two to four pages));

· a JPEG or PNG file (300 dpi resolution) containing ONE 3x4 cm photograph (black and white or color photo without a hat, taken in 2026). If the dimensions do not match, the photograph may be omitted. The text is truncated.

Please note that the Moscow State University branch in Tashkent does not have a dormitory for student accommodation. In certain cases, the branch may, by agreement, accommodate out-of-town students in the dormitories of other universities, subject to availability.

Master's Entrance Exam Schedule

Bachelor's degree entrance exams will be held from July 17 to 25.

Note: The exact exam schedule will be published later. The entrance exam schedule is currently being approved.

All entrance exams begin at 9:00 AM.

The entrance exam venue is the building of the Moscow State University branch in Tashkent.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONSULTATION FOR THE ENTRANCE EXAM:

To each applicant, sent to the email address specified during registration. "Web-Application," and an invitation to a consultation will be sent.

If you have not received an invitation, please check your SPAM folder.

You must connect to the ZOOM conference to complete the identification procedure.

Consultations for applicants are held a few days before the entrance examinations. Information about the date, time, and format of consultations will be published separately.

Tuition fees for one international student at the Tashkent Branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University for the 2026-2027 academic year.

MASTER'S DEGREE: 47,400,000 soums (excluding scholarships).
