The third Turkish-Uzbek educational forum was held in Istanbul on September 27-28.
We have signed a new cooperation agreement with seven different universities in Turkey. The new cooperation, which aims to achieve concrete results through scientific and targeted higher research programs, will bring about major changes in higher education.
