Über die Universität
Das Denov-Institut für Unternehmertum und Pädagogik (DIUP) ist eine moderne und sich dynamisch entwickelnde Hochschuleinrichtung im südlichen Teil Usbekistans und eines der ersten auf das Unternehmertum ausgerichteten Institute der Republik. Die Einrichtung wurde auf der Grundlage des Erlasses des Präsidenten der Republik Usbekistan vom 17. April 2020, Nr. PP-4681, „Über Maßnahmen zur Erweiterung und weiteren Verbesserung des Systems zur Ausbildung hochqualifizierter Fachkräfte in der Region Surkhandarya“ gegründet. Heute zeichnet sich das DIUP durch seine wachsende Infrastruktur, sein hohes wissenschaftliches Potenzial und seine internationalen Partnerschaftsbeziehungen aus.
Das Institut verfügt über 4 Fakultäten und 16 Lehrstühle. Insgesamt studieren hier 7.988 Studierende in 32 Bachelor-Studiengängen und 16 Master-Spezialisierungen. Das Lehrpersonal umfasst 330 Personen, davon sind 10 Doktoren der Wissenschaften (DSc), 104 Kandidaten der Wissenschaften (PhD), und das wissenschaftliche Gesamtpotenzial beträgt 35 %.
Das DIUP verfügt über eine eigene Verlagsbasis, die jährlich rund 100 wissenschaftliche und lehrplanmethodische Publikationen herausgibt. Das Institut gibt die wissenschaftlich-methodische Zeitschrift „Unternehmertum und Pädagogik“ (seit 2023) heraus.
Am Institut werden konsequent Maßnahmen ergriffen, um den Studierenden breite Möglichkeiten zur Erlangung moderner Kenntnisse, zur intellektuellen und körperlichen Entwicklung sowie zur systematischen Forschungstätigkeit zu bieten. Im Jahr 2023 wurden im Rahmen des staatlichen Investitionsprogramms folgende Objekte in Betrieb genommen: ein modernes Lehrgebäude mit 1.200 Plätzen, ein Studentenwohnheim mit 750 Plätzen, ein mit allen modernen Technologien ausgestattetes Zentrum für digitale Wirtschaft sowie das Gebäude des Informationsressourcenzentrums. Im Jahr 2025 wurde ein neues Hochschulcampus mit dem Gebäude des „Karrierezentrum“ fertiggestellt — ein modernes Zentrum, das Studierende und Absolventen bei der Bestimmung ihrer beruflichen Ausrichtung, der Entwicklung praktischer Fähigkeiten und bei der Beschäftigung unterstützt. Alle diese Einrichtungen dienen der Schaffung einer komfortablen und sicheren Umgebung für die Studierenden.
Im Januar 2026 wurde am Lehrstuhl für Allgemeine Physik und Bauingenieurwesen des Denov-Instituts für Unternehmertum und Pädagogik das wissenschaftliche Labor „Modellierung physikalischer Prozesse“ eingerichtet. Das Labor ist auf die Modellierung physikalischer Prozesse auf der Grundlage moderner Computertechnologien, die Förderung wissenschaftlicher Forschung und die Unterstützung junger Wissenschaftler spezialisiert. Für das Labor wurde Hochleistungscomputertechnik im Gesamtwert von ca. 230 Millionen Sum erworben, womit eine moderne wissenschaftliche Infrastruktur geschaffen wurde. Dadurch wurde es möglich, komplexe mathematische Modelle zu erstellen und große Mengen wissenschaftlicher Daten zu verarbeiten.
Das Informationsressourcenzentrum (IRZ) verfügt in seinem neuen Gebäude über einen Lesesaal mit 350 Plätzen, von denen 105 mit moderner Computertechnik ausgestattet sind. Der Bestand des IRZ umfasst 36.954 Titel gedruckter Publikationen (14.725 Exemplare). Darüber hinaus enthält der Bestand 98.779 elektronische und 910 Audio-Ressourcentitel. 100 % der Lehrliteratur wurde in elektronisches Format umgewandelt und auf der Plattform platziert. Den Nutzern werden Ferndienstleistungen über die Website https://library.dtpi.uz/ und den Telegram-Kanal @dtpiarm4242 angeboten. Das Institut ist außerdem mit der Plattform „Einheitliche Elektronische Bibliothek“ (http://unilibrary.uz) verbunden, die 552.759 elektronische Ressourcen enthält, darunter 89.950 Artikel, 83.089 Dissertationen und 25.457 Monografien.
Das Institut ist auch im Bereich der internationalen Zusammenarbeit aktiv. Das DIUP hat Beziehungen zu mehr als 50 renommierten Hochschul- und Wissenschaftseinrichtungen in Ländern wie Russland, Tadschikistan, Türkei, Kasachstan, Afghanistan, USA, Südkorea, Indien, Belarus, Indonesien, Kirgisistan und China aufgebaut. Insbesondere bestehen Kooperationen mit der Adyghischen, Altaier, Nowosibirsker, Tomsker, Kasaner Föderalen und anderen führenden Universitäten Russlands; nationalen und sektoralen Universitäten Tadschikistans; der Anadolu-, Hacettepe- und Istanbul-Technischen Universität der Türkei; der California State University (San Bernardino, USA); den Universitäten Hanshin und Jungwon in Südkorea; der Indira-Gandhi-Agraruniversität Indiens; der Weißrussischen Staatlichen Universität und der Brester Universität; sowie dem Pekinger Institut für Grafik-Kommunikation Chinas.
Das Denov-Institut für Unternehmertum und Pädagogik entwickelt sich dank seiner modernen materiell-technischen Basis, seines hochqualifizierten Lehrpersonals, seiner an digitalen Ressourcen reichen Bibliothek und seiner internationalen Verbindungen zum Bildungs- und Unternehmerzentrum im südlichen Teil Usbekistans. Das Institut ist darauf ausgerichtet, wettbewerbsfähige Fachkräfte nicht nur in pädagogischen und unternehmerischen Bereichen, sondern auch in einem breiten Spektrum wissenschaftlicher Disziplinen auszubilden.
Für internationale Studierende
Derzeit studieren Vertreter verschiedener Nationalitäten am Denov-Institut für Unternehmertum und Pädagogik. Dazu gehören Afghanistan, Tadschikistan, Aserbaidschan, Kirgisistan und andere Länder. Für diese ausländischen Studierenden wurden alle Voraussetzungen für ein Studium an der Universität geschaffen. Dazu gehören:

8. Für die verschiedenen Schwierigkeiten der Studierenden werden von der Universität separate Tutoren und Professoren abgestellt.
9. Die Universität bietet den Absolventen auch praktische Unterstützung bei der Arbeitssuche in Usbekistan oder bei der Vorbereitung bzw. Aufnahme einer weiterführenden Ausbildung.

Es wird für einen Zeitraum von bis zu einem Jahr an ausländische Studierende ausgestellt, die für einen kurzen Zeitraum (auf Grundlage eines Austauschs zwischen Hochschulen oder vorübergehend im Rahmen der Interaktion zwischen Hochschulen) an Hochschulen auf dem Gebiet der Republik Usbekistan studieren, und wird auf Antrag von Bildungseinrichtungen, Ministerien, Abteilungen und Organisationen der Republik Usbekistan ausgestellt, die über eine Bildungseinrichtung in ihrer Zuständigkeit verfügen.

In 2020, when the institution was created, the Faculty of Philology initially functioned as a socio-economic faculty. Due to the increase in the number of students and the number of areas of training, in 2022 it was reorganized into the Faculty of Philology. Z.H. Rakhmatullaev is the first dean of the faculty.

Among them are laureates of the State Scholarship named after Islam Karimov - 2, laureates of the State Scholarship named after Navoi - 4, scholarship recipients of the regional khokim scholarship - 5, a participant in the republican stage of the "Young Reader" competition - 1, winner of republican boxing tournaments - 1, winner of republican and international Karate tournaments - 1.
Close mutual relations have been established for cooperation with foreign educational institutions that are part of prestigious international universities in the TOP-1000, including Altai State University, Minsk State University, Kazan Federal University, as well as Adyghe State University, Nizhny Novgorod Linguistic Institute, Tajik-Slavic University, National University of Tajikistan, Batken State University, etc.
As a result of mutual cooperation, leading professors and teachers of the above universities (Burkova L.L., Salimov R.D., Taburova T.V., Azimova N.S., etc.) regularly conduct master classes in areas of education and master's degrees.
Systematic work is being carried out to improve the scientific potential of the faculty. In particular, in 2024, 14 independent applicants began scientific work. By the end of the year it is planned to defend 2 doctoral dissertations.
In order to increase attention to youth, widely involve them in culture, art and sports, develop skills in the use of information technology, promote reading books among the younger generation and ensure employment of students, spiritual, educational and sports events are regularly organized within the framework of the “Five Initiatives”, regular visiting historical places in order to develop domestic tourism.
The faculty was established in 2020 as part of the Denau Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy. This year, the Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Management received the following courses: "Economics (by sectors and industries)", Banking, Accounting and Auditing (by sectors), Finance and Financial Technologies, Business Management (by sectors), History (countries and for the first time, students were admitted to the full-time department for their specialties. The Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Management is located at 1 A Gulira'no street, Totuvlik neighborhood, Denau district. The first dean of the Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Management, worked in 2020-2023, was Ph.D. Assoc. Iraliyev Baymurza Kholmirzayevich.
Since January 2023, the Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Management has been operating in a beautiful building with modern and comfortable classrooms and laboratories, located on Gulira'no street 1-A, built on the basis of a new project. Currently, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Maksud Jalilovich Tashboboyev is the Dean of the Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Management, and also, Deputy Deans for Academic Affairs are Khurramov Holbek Khurramovich, Akboyev Shavkat Mamarajabovich, Jabbarov Anvar Egamberdiyevich, with Ibragimov Abdulla Abdurayimovich, who is the deputy dean for work. In addition, the faculty has established a trade union committee and a faculty women's advisory council.

A total of 2589 students are studying at the faculty. Of these, 1129 undergraduate students, 19 master's students, and 1441 students are studying part-time. In accordance with the educational plans developed on the basis of the improved educational directions and specialties, the students of the faculty are being taught in more than 240 subjects. 122 professors and teachers are working at the faculty. Training sessions are organized with the effective use of advanced, modern pedagogical technologies, innovative methods, and information and communication achievements.
The faculty cooperates with National University of Uzbekistan, Samarkand State University, Tashkent State Pedagogical University named Nizomi, Tashkent State University of Economics, University of World Languages of Uzbekistan, Termiz State University, Altai cooperation with the state university, Adygei state university, Tajik international university of tourism and entrepreneurship, and Tajik university of finance and economics in order to increase its educational and methodological support. For example: cooperation relations of the departments of the faculty of entrepreneurship and management with leading foreign institutions are expanding. In April of this year, the professors of the faculty participated in the international scientific and practical conference organized at the Tajikistan State University of Finance and Economics. They gave a speech on the topic "Strategic priorities of national economy development in the conditions of transition to industrial-innovative economy". Practical training, as well as master-classes for young professors and masters, were held.
In recent years, more than 20 textbooks, study guides and monographs were created by faculty professors are widely used in the institute and vocational colleges. In order to improve the scientific potential of the faculty, there are 6 teachers at the "History and Philosophy" department, 4 teachers at the "Digital Economy" department, 2 teachers at the "Finance and Banking" department, 3 ones at the "Information Technologies" department Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and (DSc) doctoral dissertation defense are planned. Spiritual and educational work at the faculty is carried out based on the approved plan, within the framework of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education's normative documents. Qualified, experienced and potential tutors are assigned to all groups in the faculty.
Exact and natural sciences was established in 2022, on the basis of the Faculty of Entrepreneurship of the Denov Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy. It began its activity as the Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy of the Denov Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy. In this year, for the first time, full-time students were admitted to the faculty of exact and natural sciences in the field of "Construction engineering".
Starting from 2022, students were admitted to the full-time department of "Construction engineering", "Technology of storage and preliminary processing of agricultural products" and "Chemical technology". In 2022-2023, the faculty was located at 360, Sh.Rashidov, Denov city. Primkulov Begali as the first dean of the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences.
In September 2022, an independent Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences was established and Primkulov Begali was appointed as its dean. The educational building of the faculty is located at 360, Sh.Rashidov. In 2022, along with other faculties, the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences, has moved to the 2nd building with modern and comfortable classrooms, offices, and laboratories built on the basis of a new project at 360, Sh. Rashidov. In 2022-2023, when B. Primkulov had worked as a dean, significant work was carried out, such as improving the quality of educational processes, equipping and improving the auditoriums of the new educational building, and opening new specialties.
In 2022, the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences was established on the basis of the Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Management, which included the departments "General Chemistry and Biology" (head of the department Khamrayeva M) and "Higher Mathematics and Physics" (head of the department Sobirova M) . B. Primkulov was appointed as the dean of this faculty. A total of 1073 students are studying in full-time courses and 139 part-time students (biology courses), 28 students in master's degree - 1212 students
In addition, in 2023, our faculty was provided with a budget of 270,000 dollars for modern equipment of physics, chemistry and biology laboratories in order to provide quality education to students at the expense of Asian Development Bank.
As a result of the attention paid to quality education and students' self-discipline, 4th-year physics student Normurodova Aqida received the President scholarship, and 4th-year biology student Jumayeva Dilnoza received the Ulugbek scholarship. 1st-year agricultural student Sanakulova Nodirabegim took the 2nd place in the International and Republican wrestling competition among girls.
Currently, at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Iraliyiv B is the dean of the Faculty of Chemical Sciences (PhD), Ulug`bek Mamajonov and Bolliyev Shamsiddin are the deputy deans for academic affairs, Jurayev Bakhtiyor is the dean for working with youth. In addition, a trade union committee and a women's advisory board of the faculty were established in the faculty. Denov Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy was established on the basis of the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to expand and further improve the system of training highly qualified personnel in Surkhandarya region" dated April 17, PQ-4681.
Denov Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy is the youngest educational institution among higher education institutions in Uzbekistan. The purpose of the opening of the institute is to provide the national economy with mature personnel by training more than 3,000 qualified specialists and achieve world-recognized successes in various fields of science. According to the decree of the 11th meeting of the Institute Council on June 21 of this year, it is necessary to ensure the implementation of the 11th decision on opening new departments and coordinating the existing ones in the structure of the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences in the 2023-2024 academic year. On the basis of the order of 03.07.2023 No. 108-PO, the chair "Biology and technologies of agricultural products" was established.

In addition, professors and teachers of our department have received relevant certificates after conducting seminar training classes at Dangara State University of the Republic of Tajikistan. Also, the service is doing printed literature and software for educational and methodological support to improve the professional competence of future biologists to increase the quality and efficiency of the educational process due to the provision of a virtual laboratory.
Since the establishment of the department, international and national scientific-practical conferences have been held annually at the department. The department has published more than 150 scientific articles, 3 patents, 6 training manuals and 6 textbooks, and 10 monographs. 1 student of Biology became the recipient of a famous scholarship.
The Department of General Physics and Civil Engineering was established based on the Rector's order dated June 3, 2023, and is the main educational and scientific structural unit of the Denov Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy. No. 5032 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 19.03.2021 decree “ On measures to increase the quality of education in the field of physics and to develop scientific research” the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On improving the quality of education in higher education institutions and ensuring their active participation in comprehensive reforms implemented in the country on the basis of decision PQ-3775 of 06.05.2014 on additional measures.

It is to increase the quality of education of undergraduate and graduate students of the institute and to improve the methodological support of training specialists.
Organization and implementation of educational, educational-methodological and scientific work at a high-quality level for the training of highly qualified specialists with in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge and competences in accordance with educational standards, scientific research in the profile of the department, scientific- consists of training and retraining of pedagogic personnel, improving their qualifications. Education in the department is taught in groups conducted in Uzbek, Tajik and Russian languages. Specialized subjects are conducted by qualified professors-teachers in Uzbek, Tajik and Russian languages. Classes are conducted in the form of lectures, seminars, laboratories and practical trainings according to the schedule approved on the basis of the work program (syllabus) at the bachelor's and master's levels.
The Department of Higher Mathematics was established in 2018 at the Denov branch of Termiz State University. According to the President's decision No. 4681 dated April 17, 2020, Denov Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy was established in Denov district on the basis of Denov branch of Termiz State University, and the department was named as the Department of Exact and Natural Sciences. In 2021, due to the separation of Natural Sciences from the department, the department was renamed as Higher Mathematics.

On the basis of the order No. 108-PO dated 03.07.2023, the department of "General chemistry and chemical technologies" was established.
The department of "General chemistry and chemical technologies" should be established in the structure of the faculty of exact and natural sciences and should include:

- 70530101- Chemistry (in the fields of science) to be attached to the Master's specialty
The teaching hours fund of chemistry and chemical technology subjects in the curricula of all educational directions and specialties should be transferred to the teaching hour fund of this department;

The faculty established its activities as the Faculty of pedagogy and Exact Sciences at Denov Institute of entrepreneurship and pedagogy of Samarkand State University on April 17, 2020. In the same year, students were admitted for the first time in the form of full-time education and part-time education. Since 2020, the faculty has been operating in a building located at 49 istiqlol Street, Gulabad neighborhood in Sariosiya district. From 2021, the name of the Faculty of pedagogy and Exact Sciences was changed to the Faculty of pedagogy. As the first dean of the faculty, Naimov Muzaffar Yushovich worked, and since April 2021, Mahmudov Sherali Komilovich has been appointed dean of the pedagogical faculty.
Today, the educational and scientific base of the pedagogical faculty has expanded the scope of the use of technical means, computer technology in the educational process that meets the requirements of the time, the content of pedagogical personnel has been enriched at the expense of specialists of a new scientific level. Currently, the pedagogical faculty is being developed by Mahmudov Sherali Komilovich as dean of the faculty, Kibriyev Farrukh Muzaffarovich, deputy dean for Educational Affairs, Ravshankulova Risolat Abdujabborovna, deputy dean for Youth Affairs and spiritual and educational affairs. In addition, the faculty has established and operates a trade union committee, the faculty women's Advisory Council.
