Turkish Professor Conducts Philosophy Lectures at UrSU
Professor Dr. Sulayman Doğan from Turkey's prestigious Yildiz Technical University is conducting lectures and scientific research at Urgench State University.
Scientific and academic ties between Urgench State University and prominent Turkish higher education institutions are reaching a new milestone. As part of this collaboration, Professor Dr. Sulayman Doğan from Yildiz Technical University, one of Turkey's oldest and most renowned institutions, visited the university.
Organized under the "Academic Lecture Exchange" program of the Department of Philosophy, the visit aims to provide students with in-depth knowledge of Eastern and Western thinkers, modern philosophical trends, and to foster joint scientific research and publications with the faculty.
On February 25, a seminar was held where the professor delivered a lecture titled "The Philosophy of Education of Jalaluddin Rumi." The session provided a detailed analysis of spirituality and moral education based on Rumi's profound heritage. Professor Dr. S. Doğan will continue his academic activities at the Department of Philosophy, Faculty of Socio-Economic Sciences, from February 9 to June 20 of this year.
