Dear colleagues, members of our university community, professors, and educators!
Tonight is also a celebration for us. We are witnessing the fruits of our years of hard work. We are honored and fortunate to have raised future journalists, analysts, political scientists, PR experts, and media researchers. Our UzJOKU is a sacred place where people and knowledge come together. And today, for the fourth time, we are sending our fledglings off into the independent world, like swallows taking their first flight.

So, this evening is one of pride and inspiration, creativity and motivation. I wish you good luck and success, lasting inspiration and passion, unwavering integrity and strength.
