Program Description:
60610700 – The Artificial Intelligence undergraduate program is an educational direction in the field of science, operating under the auspices of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, sectoral research institutes, governmental bodies, in fields such as robotics, medicine, and within organizations and centers. It encompasses dealing with complex issues in artificial intelligence, big data and computer engineering. The program also includes teaching subjects related to this educational direction in professional education institutions and addresses complex professional areas in both state and non-state vocational training institutions.

Learning Outcomes of the Program:
Upon successful completion of the program, students will:

- plan resources necessary for developing software for the artificial intelligence sector, develop and apply quality control processes for software;
- develop and utilize systems suited for the field in scientific and practical activities;
- use technical means, devices, transmission, storage, and processing of information-communication systems, and independently make professional decisions;
- apply innovations related to the sector in practice and develop work plans based on ongoing activities, evaluating the outcomes of implemented actions;
- participate in the development of decisions in organizational-management activities based on socio-economic efficiency criteria and justify the choice of alternative options;
- use modern information technologies in management, develop monitoring and quality assessment methods and mechanisms for production processes;
-collect, process, analyze scientific-technical information, and solve problems in scientific research and production activities;
- organize research works in the field of artificial intelligence and participate in applying advanced research results and developments in practice;
- conduct theoretical and practical classes on subjects pertaining to the specialization in profession education institutions using modern information and pedagogical technologies, and have the skills to develop, prepare, and formalize the necessary teaching-methodological documents for conducting classes.
