A Seminar on Dual Education and Ausbildung Opportunities in Germany Was Held
At the Is’hoqxon Ibrat Namangan State Institute of Foreign Languages, another practical meeting was organized aimed at expanding young people’s knowledge about international vocational education and opportunities in the labor market.
The seminar was organized at the initiative of the Institute’s lecturer F. Mirvaliyev, with the participation of Shonosir Shorakhmedov, a specialist registered with the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the project manager of the “Simpson Private Akademie.”

During the event, students received detailed and structured information about Germany’s vocational education model, its legal framework, and practical opportunities.
The seminar covered the following topics in detail:
Mechanism of the dual education system – The German model integrates theoretical studies with real production practice, allowing students to gain knowledge and experience simultaneously.
Ausbildung programs and participation requirements – Specific recommendations were provided regarding program types, age requirements, professional directions, and main criteria for candidates.
Opportunities for studying with a B1 certificate – Conditions for vocational training based on an internationally recognized B1 German language certificate, language preparation, and integration processes in Germany were discussed.
Work + study model and financial aspects – It was explained, with real examples, that in the dual system students receive a salary during their studies, social guarantees, and information about living expenses.
Application and selection process – Practical guidance was given on candidate selection stages, necessary documents, interviews, and cooperation mechanisms with German employers.
