Educational courses were organized for institute tutors.
Training courses were organized in order to improve the level of knowledge and skills of tutors working at the Nukus State Pedagogical Institute named after Ajiniyaz.
The first couple of lessons of the educational courses held based on the tasks defined in the minutes of the meeting of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan were conducted by the acting rector of the institute, Quvondik Kadirov, on the topic of "New Constitution and youth policy".
During the one-month training courses, the tutors discussed the reforms in the field of education in New Uzbekistan, the education of young people in the context of globalization in the spirit of love and loyalty to the Motherland, respect for the values inherited from our ancestors, interethnic harmony and tolerance, reading and ecological culture among young people, and other aspects of the state policy regarding youth. strengthens his knowledge on important issues under the guidance of relevant specialists.
At the end of the training courses, it is planned to test the acquired knowledge and skills of the tutors in the form of a written and test, and to evaluate the effectiveness of their work according to a special evaluation mechanism (KPI).
