Today, Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute was visited by delagation, headed by Mrs. Cheng Bin, head of Shanghai educational equipment manufacturing enterprise in the people's Republic of China. During the visit, the members of the delegation were closely acquainted with the conditions created for students at the institute, the equipment of educational laboratories of Chemistry, Physics and biology. 

During the negotiations, the rector of the Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute J.A memorandum of cooperation was signed between Karshibayev and Mrs. Cheng Bin, head of the Shanghai educational equipment manufacturing company in the people's Republic of China.  

Within the framework of the Memorandum, it was agreed on such issues as the establishment of modern educational and scientific laboratories at the Institute in the future, their equipment in cooperation on the basis of advanced experiments, the establishment of foreign internships.
