The demo lesson was conducted in English

One of the important demands of today is the in-depth study of foreign languages, the issue of teaching all subjects in a foreign language to students who have a certificate that determines the level of language proficiency. For this purpose, the Nukus Mining Institute is paying a great attention to the issue of conducting classes in English, therefore the demo lesson was organised at the initiative of the “Social and Humanitarian Sciences” department.

The senior teacher of the department, G. Dauletnazarova, conducted a demo lesson in English on the theme “Spiritual and cultural life in Uzbekistan during the years of independence” for the 1st-year students of the group of “Ecology and environmental protection”. It is the first time that such kind of demo class has been organized in the department, and it is planned to conduct other subjects in foreign languages in the future.

Today’s students consider: “A pedagogue of the 21st century should be able to teach his specialty subjects in a foreign language.”
