2.     I. Content of science
The purpose of teaching science is to teach students oral and written forms of language within the framework of professional orientation, to develop their socio – cultural communication skills, in particular to improve functional forms and styles of the studied foreign language, practical and theoretical knowledge of the language, and to ensure that they can freely apply acquired knowledge, skills, qualifications in professional and scientific activities. 
The task of the science is to teach the necessary knowledge in an integrated way and develop communication skills in order for students to master the studied foreign language at the C1 level according to generally accepted international standards. 
II. Main part (practical training) 
The science of Applied phonetics includes the following topics and language materials: 
- course introduction: speech sounds, speech flow, intonation, pronunciation systems, styles; 
- speech sounds, speech organs, phonemes, letters 
- classification of vowel sounds: vowel sounds and their principles. 
- sounds and their numbering(use in practice). 
- reading rules of vowel sounds. 
- classification of consonant sounds: consonant sounds and their principles.
- reading rules of consonant sounds. 
- consonant cluster. 
- consonant phenomena of sounds in the speech stream ,phonetic changes; assimilation, aspiration, accommodation, Elysia.
- palatalization, changes according to the participation of the sound “R”and “R”.
- dissimilation, delection.
- reduction; strong and weak form.
- articulation of the joint, types of the joint.
- branch division, tugun.bo ' sounds that form a string and do not form a syllable. 
- word accent. First and second degree accents.
- weak joints and Schwa.
- Basic Rules of word accent in English.
- typology of pronunciation style(accent).
- intonation and its components 
- communicative types of sentence: sentence, exclamation,command and interrogative sentences.
- intonation of General, Special, Alternative and affirmative interrogative sentences.
- sentence stress.
- rhythm and hibernation. 
- tones and scales, terminal tones. 
- sequence of tones. Ergative sentences, parentheses, intonation of the author's words. 
- phonostilistics: information, scientific, declarative, publicistic and communication style.
Practical classes in each subject should be held in an audience equipped with multimedia tools. It is advisable that classes are conducted using active and interactive methods, appropriate pedagogical and information technologies are used, respectively. 

III. Independent education and independent work
The main purpose of studying topics allocated to independent work is to further deepen the imagination, knowledge and skills that are formed in students during practical classes conducted in the audience in the process of working on topics, to draw independent conclusions and teach them to advance various scientific and practical hepotezes. The essence of the independent work of students is the strengthening of oral and written speech skills as a result of independent work on certain topics. The results of independent work can be formalized in the form of memorizing words and vocabulary on topics, drawing up dialogical and monological texts for free speech using the tools of this language. The topics recommended for independent work are logical continuation of the topics at the appropriate stage and can be liberalized according to the initiative of the student. Depending on the specificity of each stage independent work the form can be of different sizes and variations. 
The results of independent work can be formalized in the form of annotations, abstracts, lectures, abstracts, synopsis, recensions on the topic. 
When preparing an independent work, the student is recommended to use the following forms, taking into account the features of a particular discipline: 
- study of science chapters and topics in textbooks and teaching aids; 
- mastering of course materials on handouts; 
- work on special literature science departments or topics; 
- in-depth study of departments and subjects of subjects related to the performance of educational, research work of students; 
- training sessions that use an active and problematic teaching style. 
3.     IV. Results of science teaching (formative competencies) 
As a result of mastering science, the student: 
* mastery of the main foreign language under study at the C1 level by pan-European standards; 
• the acquisition of skills to know and be able to apply the phonetic and grammatical laws of the foreign language under study; 
* acquisition of oral and written speech skills in a foreign language under study; 
• have an idea of ways to work with different language materials step by step to understand and discuss; 
* logical statement of his thoughts and reasoning based on the modules of the linguistic course and their topics; 
• able to know and use different strategies for the purpose of understanding the information in the oral and written form of a foreign language; 
• is able to know the language units and laws that can be applied in the basic and communicative process regarding the phonetic and grammatical structures of a foreign language and apply them in the speech process; 
• to be able to understand and analyze the authentic language materials obtained from various press materials published in a foreign language and other media of the informant; 
• reading, listening, understanding, speaking and writing in a foreign language under study; 
• the graduate must have sufficient knowledge and skills in writing the qualification work, the stages of conducting the scientific work, the correct application of writing techniques and editing the scientific text. 
4.    V. Educational technologies and methods:

• practical training (logical thinking, quick questions and answers); 
• working as a group, microguruh; 
• making presentations; 
• individual projects; 
* projects for teamwork and protection. 
5.    VI. Requirements for obtaining loans: 
Students are required to fully master the basic concepts that reflect the content of language competencies and modules, that is, to understand oral speech in a foreign language,to express their opinion in a foreign language, to demonstrate reading and writing skills, to understand the phonetic and grammatical laws of a foreign language, the culture of peoples whose language is being studied and Within the framework of the science, students are required to understand, analyze the content of language materials corresponding to A2 – c1daraja in the cross-section of courses according to the Council of Europe's universally recognized international norms on “mastering a foreign language general European competencies: learning, teaching and evaluation”, read and listen to different types of text on topics and be able to
