І. Content of science.
        The purpose of teaching science is to study the concepts and categories of the birth of state – law issues, to master the Basic Rules and principles that represent the peculiarities of state and law, and to understand the importance of universal knowledge in practical activities.
The task of Science - the essence, social value and importance of the activities of the state and law in relation to man and society-is studied in Haki the scientific worldview and the skill of interpreting and coining normative documents in their subsequent state legal activities.   The concepts of social problems as a science are revealed from the interests of the individual and society and from the formation of the skills and competence of halal standing up in the state-legal perspective. By performing educational and educational tasks, it helps to form a positive attitude towards modern social political life.
