“Physical preparation level tests are being conducted.”
Strengthening youth health and establishing the principles of a healthy lifestyle in society is considered one of the priority tasks of the New Uzbekistan concept. This is also reflected in the "Physical Preparation Level" sports tests being held at the Qo‘qon State Pedagogical Institute.
The tests are significant as they aim to promote physical education and sports among students, enhance their physical activity, increase work capacity, prevent harmful habits and various diseases, and develop skills for a healthy lifestyle.
According to the plan, the "Physical Preparation Level" sports tests are to be conducted for students from all faculties of the institute.
