In this field, students study geodesy, cartography, land management, cadastral systems, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), real estate valuation, land resource management, and modern surveying technologies. During the educational process, theoretical knowledge is combined with practical training, and students develop skills in collecting and analyzing data on land and property objects, as well as maintaining cadastral documentation.

Graduates can work in cadastral agencies, land resources and state cadastre authorities, geodesy and cartography organizations, design institutes, construction companies, and organizations operating in the real estate sector.
