- Theoretical and practical issues of building design types of structures used in construction, structure, scale of use, calculation basics, solving scientific and technical problems, the ability to anticipate trends in their development and a scientific approach to them;
- Knowledge of functional, economic and social factors determining the repair, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of buildings and structures, methods and means of inspection and diagnosis of the condition of buildings and structures;
