Description:
The Bachelor's program in Food Technology (Food Safety) focuses on production technologies, specifically the application of innovative techniques and technologies in the processing, storage, and research of food safety. The curriculum includes methods and tools aimed at ensuring the safety of food production, processing, and storage. After completing the program, graduates can work in food production companies, restaurants, cafes, the fast food industry, general education, vocational schools, government agencies such as the presidential administration, customs, the prosecutor's office, national security, the national guard, military units, and tax authorities. Graduates can also work in laboratories and certification bodies assessing food safety and quality.
