About the programme
The Bachelor's Programme in Information Systems and Technologies (by sectors and fields) — 60610100 — trains highly qualified specialists in the design, development, deployment, and management of information systems and digital technologies, with a strong focus on their application in agriculture and the agro-industrial sector.
Students develop competencies in the administration of information systems, the management of databases, software development and implementation, the digital management of land, water, and agro-service resources, and the coordination of digital-transformation projects. The curriculum also covers digital agriculture technologies, Smart Farming systems, information security and data protection, and the management of IT infrastructure in agricultural enterprises.
Throughout the programme, students gain practical, applied experience alongside their theoretical training. Graduates are prepared to work as information-systems specialists, database administrators, digital agriculture (Smart Farming) systems operators, IT-infrastructure managers in agricultural enterprises, software and information-systems implementation specialists, digital-transformation project coordinators, and information-security and data-protection specialists.
