About the programme
61020100 – Life Safety A student in this program must earn 30 credits per semester and 60 credits per academic year. The duration of study is 4 years, during which the student must complete a total of 240 credits. One ECTS credit equals 30 academic hours, with the student’s annual workload amounting to 1,800 academic hours, of which 40% are classroom hours and 60% are independent study. The number of credits to be earned per semester includes both compulsory and elective courses as specified in the course catalog.
61020100 – “Life Safety” covers a wide range of professional issues related to employment in organizations such as JSC “Uzkimyosanoat,” JSC “Uz Water Supply,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the National Holding Company “Uzbekneftegaz” and its oil and gas enterprises, the Fire Safety Academy under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as state and non-state educational institutions.
