MSc in Public Health and Healthcare Management
About the programme
The Master of Science (MSc) in Public Health and Healthcare Management with a healthcare management focus is built on the principle of delivering interdisciplinary, internationally oriented, and research-driven management education tailored to the public health & healthcare management sector. It prepares professionals – managers at the all levels of healthcare system, hospital management, governance, health policy, global health coordination and performance management within complex healthcare systems.
The programme aims to equip students with the competencies required for leadership and senior management roles in public health, healthcare and hospital organisations. By fostering strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and evidence-informed decision-making, graduates are prepared to meet the evolving demands of healthcare leadership at national and international levels.
The curriculum integrates core management and public health disciplines — including finance and economics in health, health policy and diplomacy, and organisational strategy — with public health foundations such as epidemiology, health promotion, and statistics. These are complemented by advanced research methodologies, health systems analysis, digital health, and corporate social responsibility.
