The master's program is based on public administration theory, policy formulation, socio-economic reforms, and evaluation of governance effectiveness.

70420202 – “Public adminstration” – is a direction in the field of political and legal knowledge, which is a direction for training management personnel, covering the activities of the civil service, which represents leadership and executive activities in state and economic administration bodies, local government bodies, citizens' self-government bodies, public structures and other organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as areas of management activities in research institutes and centers, non-profit organizations.

The theoretical knowledge and practical competencies obtained as a result of training allow graduates to:

• Strategic clarity and organization in public administration;

• Policy analysis and management of socio-economic processes;

• Professional development of civil servants and innovative management of the public sector;
