Surgery (Master's Degree)
The Master's Degree Program in Surgery is designed to prepare highly qualified surgeons specializing in the diagnosis, operative treatment of surgical diseases, and postoperative patient management. The program is based on modern clinical surgery and evidence-based medicine, developing competencies for independent management of complex surgical cases.
Students study general surgery, abdominal surgery, traumatology, orthopedic surgery, thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, endoscopic and minimally invasive techniques. They also gain knowledge of anesthesiology basics and intensive care principles.
Clinical training takes place in surgical hospitals and centers, where students gain experience in performing surgeries, preparing patients for operations, and managing postoperative care. The program also includes scientific research activities.
Graduates may work in public and private hospitals, surgical centers, trauma departments, and research institutions.
