The educational program “Guiding and interpreting activities: English” is designed to train highly qualified specialists in the field of services and is one of the most popular areas of education in our time. Over the course of 4 years, students in this program acquire both theoretical and practical skills while mastering the latest subjects. Graduates can successfully work in various international organizations, government and non-government institutions, media, educational institutions and private enterprises in the following areas:

• Development of a marketing plan and tourism department program, cost strategy;
• Conducting scientific research on interpretation and simultaneous translation, translation studies, linguistics;
• Assessment of the potential of guide support;
• Development of methods of scientific and translation work with an emphasis on authoritative opportunities;

• Solving complex problems in organizing translation systems;

• Editing and translation of texts;
• Organization of tourism activities;

In this educational program you will need to accumulate 240 credits over 8 semesters (4 years), including:

Classroom training: 6300 hours

Qualifying practice: 780 hours

Final qualifying work: 500 hours

• 1 credit is 30 academic hours;
• In order to ensure theoretical and practical integrity, qualification practice is carried out in organizations and enterprises;
• Assessment of students’ knowledge is carried out on the basis of regulations developed in accordance with the credit system.
