About the programme
The International Master's Programme in Tourism and Hospitality (71010101) prepares highly qualified specialists for leadership and management roles in the tourism, travel, and hospitality industry. The programme combines a strong theoretical foundation with applied, practice-oriented training, equipping graduates to manage tourism enterprises, hotels, resorts, restaurants, and destination-management organizations to international standards.
Students develop advanced competencies in strategic planning and management of tourism businesses, international service quality standards, sustainable and eco-tourism development, customer-experience management, and the organization of events and MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions). The curriculum also covers tourism policy, destination marketing, digital technologies in tourism, and the legal, financial, and economic dimensions of the sector.
Throughout the programme, students work on real tourism and service projects, study international best practices, and strengthen their professional, analytical, and research skills. Graduates are prepared to work as managers and specialists in hotels and hotel chains, tour operators and travel agencies, restaurant and resort enterprises, event and destination-management companies, and in state tourism authorities, as well as in research and educational institutions in the field.
