Islam Karimov State Scholarships are only for Bachelor's students in their final and second-to-last years. List of documents for scholarships:

- Student's record book (transcript)
- Recommendation letter from the Dean's office
- Recommendation letter from the research supervisor / academic advisor
- Abstract of the research paper
- Research papers, certificates and diplomas from conferences, seminars, and olympiads (documents must be approved by the scientific secretary)
- Certificates and diplomas from sports, various competitions, and events
- Language certificates
