About the university
In order to ensure the implementation of the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further develop the field of pedagogical education" PQ-4623 dated February 27, 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to organize the activities of the Pedagogical Institute of Andijan State University" 2021 Pedagogical Institute of Andijan State University was established based on the decision No. 187 dated April 6.
By order of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 15, 2021, Doctor of History, Professor Bakhtiyor Mahmudjonovich Rasulov was appointed to the position of Director of the Pedagogical Institute of Andijan State University.
During this period, 3 faculties (Methodology of teaching exact and natural sciences, Methodology of primary and pre-school education and language teaching, Methodology of teaching social sciences, art and sports) and 7 departments were operating in the institute.
Decision PQ-289 dated June 21, 2022 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to increase the quality of pedagogical education and further develop the activities of higher educational institutions training pedagogic personnel" was adopted. According to the decision, the Andijan State Pedagogical Institute was established on the basis of the Pedagogical Institute of the Andijan State University.
During this period, 7 departments of 5 faculties (Exact and natural sciences, Pre-school education, Social and humanitarian sciences and arts, Physical culture, Pedagogical faculties) were operating in the institute.
Currently, 7 faculties and 15 departments are operating in the institute.
For international students
At Andijan State Pedagogical Institute, language courses have been organized under the Department of Applied Foreign Languages aimed at developing and improving students’ language competence. The courses are designed both for native speakers seeking to deepen and systematize their knowledge and for students for whom Russian or English is not a native language. The primary goal is to form sustainable communicative skills necessary for academic, professional, and intercultural activities.
Two courses operate within the department: “Intensive English” and “Russian for Everyone.” These programs are intended for students of various specialized fields, inter faculty academic programs, as well as for all individuals interested in advancing their proficiency in English and Russian.
Course name: "Intensive English" course.

The “Intensive English” course provides in-depth study of grammar, expansion of active and passive vocabulary, and development of academic writing, public speaking, and professional communication skills. The learning process incorporates authentic materials, modern teaching technologies, interactive methods, and digital resources. Special attention is paid to critical reading, analysis of academic texts, and preparation for international examinations.
Course name: "Russian Language for Everyone" course.

The “Russian for Everyone” course is with the aim of developing communicative competence among learners with different levels of language proficiency. The program systematizes knowledge of phonetics, vocabulary, and grammar, enhances oral and written communication skills, and fosters academic and professional speech culture. Considerable attention is given to stylistic literacy, norms of the modern literary language, and intercultural communication.
These courses contribute to creating a favorable linguistic environment at the institute, improving the quality of students’ speech training, and preparing them for the effective use of Russian and English in educational, scientific, and professional contexts.

Andijan State Pedagogical Institute actively cooperates at the national and international levels and strengthens international relations. The ADPI International Cooperation Department has signed memoranda with more than 20 higher education institutions, most of which are among the top 100, 500 and 1000 universities in the world. He was born on August 26, 2004 in Andijan district of Andijan region, Uzbek by nationality.
Ziynatulloh Mamatqadirov actively participates in scientific and practical conferences and forums held at the national and international levels, with his scientific works and innovative ideas.
In 2022, “black belt” became the 1st in the WKF Sport Karate category.
In 2022, he took 1st place at the 1st International Sports Karate Championship WKF "Umid Open" among teenagers, youth and adults.
In 2022, he took 1st place in the championship of the Andijan region among youth under 20 years (U-20) in the sport "Rugby-7".

DILHAVAS RUSTAMJONOV
Was born on November 17, 2003 in Izbaskan district of Andijan region and is Uzbek.
Dilhavas Rustamjonova is actively involved in scientific-practical conferences and forums held at the national and international levels with her scientific work and innovative ideas.
She has participated in more than 15 international and republican competitions and has taken honorable places.
In particular, the 1st place in the 2021 "The Great London Fest", in 2023 in online competitions such as "Dubai Fest", "Grand Spain", "Italy Music Awards" occupied.
For the software on "Vocal and Modern Music", "Piano", "Monograph", "Monograph" and "The importance of the development of Uzbek folk-native art and traditional performance" in 2023 The Intellectual Property Agency had a special copyright certificate.

In accordance with the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures for further development of the field of teacher education” dated February 27, 2020 No. In connection with the creation of the Pedagogical Institute of Andijan State University, on the basis of master’s degrees and specializations, it was created in 2021 under the name of the faculty “Methodology of teaching exact and natural sciences.” According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-289 dated June 21, 2022 “On measures to improve the quality of teacher education and further development of the activities of higher educational institutions that train teaching staff,” the name of the Faculty is “Yasny” and was transformed into the Faculty of Natural Sciences. ACTIVITIES OF CIRCLES
At the departments of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, there are currently “Young Chemists”, “Geotourism”, “Young Florists and Resource Scientists” and scientific clubs led by qualified professors and teachers. The clubs bring together more than 90 talented students, and club members are engaged in scientific and creative activities in relevant areas. The results of scientific research by members of the circle are published in various collections. Among the members of the circle there are well-known scholarship holders and winners of various competitions.
The faculty has sports sections for football, volleyball, table tennis, chess, checkers, and more than 100 students are involved in sports clubs of interest.

In the 2023-2024 academic year, Abdukhalilova Madinakhan daughter of Abduraim, a 3rd year student at the Faculty of Biology, received the Islam Karimov state scholarship.
In the 2023-2024 academic year, Khalikberdieva Shahrizoda daughter of Bakhromdjon, is a 3rd level student of geography and fundamentals of economic knowledge. He was awarded a state scholarship named after Babur.
“Student of the Year 2023” at the institute stage of the republican competition in the nomination “The most active student propagandist of the year.” 3rd place was taken by Kadyrov Islambek son Adahamjon, a 3rd grade student of the Faculty of Biology.
