Urganch Innovation University

Urgench Innovation University is one of the prestigious non-governmental higher education institutions established in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The university was founded in 2022 and currently operates under License No. 391340 issued by the State Inspectorate for Supervision of Quality in Education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Today, Urgench Innovation University provides education to nearly 4,000 students in 10 bachelor's degree programs and 4 master's degree specialties through full-time and part-time modes of study. The university employs 90 professors and lecturers, as well as 122 administrative and support staff members.

The educational process is organized based on the credit-module system and incorporates extensive use of modern information and communication technologies. Lecture halls, computer laboratories, and libraries are equipped with multimedia projectors, video, and audio systems.

The University includes the Faculty of Social Sciences, Humanities, and Pedagogy. Academic programs are developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education,” State Educational Standards, and Qualification Requirements. The primary objective is to educate highly qualified specialists who possess modern knowledge while remaining committed to national and universal values.

Urgench Innovation University has established international cooperation with numerous higher education institutions, including Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov, North Caucasus State Academy, L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, E.A. Buketov Karaganda University, Azerbaijan State University of Economics, Altai State University, A.S. Pushkin Brest and Leningrad Universities, Orenburg State University, Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University, the Belgian Education Council, and many other international universities.

In 2024, the university organized the International Scientific and Practical Conference titled “Current Issues of Social Sciences and Humanities in the Development of Modern Science.” In addition, students and academic staff actively participate in publishing scientific journals, international projects, and educational exchange programs.

In the future, Urgench Innovation University plans to introduce distance learning programs, expand exchange opportunities with universities in Asia and Europe, and construct a seven-story academic building along with a four-story student residence hall.

The main mission of Urgench Innovation University is to educate modern, innovative, and globally competitive professionals and to contribute to the development of society through high-quality education and moral upbringing.
