A memorandum was signed between the Urgench State Pedagogical Institute and the Istanbul University of Turkey, which ranks 711 in the world according to the QS Rating.

A memorandum aimed at strengthening cooperation in the scientific, educational, spiritual, and educational spheres was signed between the two higher educational institutions. In particular, the memorandum covers a number of issues, such as academic information and materials, the exchange of pedagogues and students, conducting joint scientific projects and internships, and establishing other scientific cooperation based on mutual agreement.
