Termez University of Economics and Service Hosted the Event "An Educated Woman – A Strong Society"

Termez University of Economics and Service hosted an event entitled "An Educated Woman – A Strong Society." The event was attended by Zulayho Bakhriddinovna Makhkamova, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Chairperson of the Family and Women's Committee, as well as Zulkhumor Abdurashidovna Khidirova, Chairperson of the Surkhandarya Regional Family and Women's Committee.

During the event, participants discussed the ongoing state reforms aimed at increasing women's participation in science and education, as well as the opportunities, support mechanisms, and incentives being created to empower women. Particular attention was given to the importance of equipping women with modern knowledge and professional skills, strengthening their intellectual potential, and enhancing their contribution to the development of society.

At the conclusion of the event, the distinguished guests toured the university's facilities and became acquainted with the modern educational environment, practical training facilities, infrastructure, and opportunities created to improve the quality of education and support students, especially female students.
