Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture (BUCEA)
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Dr. Chidem Turkyilmaz, the Rector of the University, and Professor Zhang Dayu, the President of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture.
Currently in China, a delegation from Samarkand State University of Architecture and Construction, named after Mirzo Ulugbek, participated in the "2024 BUCEA International Exchange and Cooperation Day" event on October 18, 2024. During the event, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between Dr. Chidem Turkyilmaz, Rector of Samarkand State University of Architecture and Construction, and Professor Zhang Dayu, President of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture.
The memorandum sets the primary goal of establishing joint educational programs, organizing short-term courses, preparing doctoral and master's students collaboratively, implementing joint grant projects, creating internship opportunities for faculty members, and involving qualified specialists more extensively in educational and scientific processes as areas of cooperation between the two partner universities.
