Chess – a Battle in Silence, a Test of Intellect
Chess is not merely the movement of black and white pieces on a board. It is logic in silence, a battle without noise, and the most beautiful expression of the harmony between thought and strategy. With the aim of enhancing students’ intellectual potential, strategic thinking, and concentration skills, a “Chess” competition was organized at the Faculty of Foreign Philology of Kokand State University.
During the competition, students strove to surpass their opponents through intellect, patience, and precision. Every move, every decision required focus, logic, and a strategic mindset.
After an intense and determined contest, the results were as follows:
1st place — Behzod Meliboyev
2nd place — Nurmuhammad Azimov
3rd place — Sarvinoz Solijonova
The competition brought together not only the winners but also all young people who value self-improvement, critical thinking, and an intellectual approach to challenges.
