EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL EXCHANGE

In today’s era of globalization, education is becoming not only a means of imparting knowledge but also a key instrument for the comprehensive development of individuals. In this process, the harmonious integration of education and culture is of particular importance. A modern specialist should not only be knowledgeable in their field but also be a well-rounded individual who understands different cultures and can communicate freely in an international environment.

Therefore, the integration of education and culture plays an important role in broadening young people’s worldview, fostering global thinking, and developing their scientific and practical skills.

As part of the programme, we studied the differences between the education systems of universities in Uzbekistan and Indonesia. For example, the Indonesian university allocated more time for laboratory sessions, and because classes were conducted interactively, students were highly active in the learning process. This was an interesting and valuable experience for us.

During the classes, we were given various case-based tasks and had the opportunity to discuss them in groups. This allowed each of us to express our opinions freely. It was particularly beneficial to take part directly in the scientific research conducted by the lecturers, making the experience valuable in many ways.
