The third International Handicrafts Festival has begun in the city of Kokand. The festival, organized with the participation of master craftsmen, representatives of folk applied arts, specialists, scholars, distinguished guests, cultural and artistic figures, as well as media representatives from more than 70 countries worldwide, started with a ceremonial procession of participants.
