JDPU Delegation Signs Memorandum of Cooperation with Georgia TESOL in the United States
As part of the official visit of the Jizzakh State Pedagogical University delegation, led by Rector M. Yuldashev, to the United States of America, an official meeting and negotiations were held with GATESOL President Dr. Alisa Leckie at Georgia Southern University in Savannah, Georgia.
As an important outcome of the negotiations, a Memorandum of Cooperation between Jizzakh State Pedagogical University and GATESOL (Georgia Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages) was signed.
As part of the visit of the Jizzakh State Pedagogical University delegation, led by the Rector, to the United States, an official meeting was also held with the leadership of Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia, as well as representatives of its Global Engagement office.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on developing cooperation between the universities in the fields of education, scientific research and innovation, participating in joint research projects and grant programs, and expanding international educational programs.
