JSPU Professors and Teachers Returned from Professional Development Training in Malaysia
Twenty-two professors and teachers of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University participated in international professional development courses held at Universiti Utara Malaysia from May 11 to 25. They returned having further enriched their knowledge and professional experience in modern pedagogical approaches.
The program was organized at a high scientific and practical level with the participation of foreign professors and teachers.
During the professional development training, participants attended sessions on current areas of modern education. In particular, the program covered topics such as the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning — SoTL, artificial intelligence — AI, the Padlet platform and interactive educational technologies, problem-based learning — PBL, assessment systems in higher education, teacher leadership and development, future-ready curricula, and transformative approaches to digital education.
Throughout this international program, the sessions conducted by experienced Malaysian professors and teachers created an important opportunity for the participants to master advanced pedagogical practices, gain a deeper understanding of modern educational trends, and apply them in practice.
