Kokand State Pedagogical Institute: The competition has turned into a festival of theater and art.
The "Student Theater Studio" competition plays a significant role in developing and supporting the creative potential of young students, nurturing their love for theater art, and conveying social problems and negative phenomena in society to the public through stage performances.
During the opening ceremony of the competition, the first vice-rector I. Okhunov emphasized the invaluable role of theater art in elevating the spiritual world of individuals, deepening their consciousness and thought, noting that art encourages people towards goodness and virtue. He highlighted that theater is not just a spectacle but a place for education, culture, spirituality, and enlightenment, wishing good luck to the teams.
The competition was organized at a high level, and the performances staged by students were well-received by the audience. According to the final results of the jury, the play "Abdurauf Fitrat," staged by the "Havokand Youth" team from the History Faculty, took first place; the play "O'tkan Kunlar," staged by the "Kohinur" team from the Uzbek Language and Literature Faculty, secured second place; and third place was shared by the play "Ghulom Zafariy," prepared by the "Navras" team from the Foreign Languages Faculty, and a fragment from the film "Ibrat," staged by the "Ibrat" team from the Preschool Education Faculty.
Additionally, in the category of "Best Male Role," Muhammadqodir Avazov, a student from the History Faculty, was declared the winner, while Mushtariy Erkinova from the Uzbek Language and Literature Faculty won in the "Best Female Role" category. Both were awarded certificates of appreciation and memorable gifts from the organizers.
