Kokand State University — the most efficient “Registrar’s Office” in the Republic
Republic-wide research on the effective organization of “Registrar’s Office” activities in higher education has confirmed that Kokand State University is a leader in this field. Based on Order No. 130-xdfu of July 10, 2025, issued by the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, “On improving the efficiency of ‘Registrar’s Office’ activities in higher education institutions,” a working group conducted on-site studies of registrar operations in universities across the country from July 12 to July 18, 2025.
According to the analysis, the Registrar’s Office of Kokand State University has been recognized as the most efficient office in the country.
