Meeting with Youth: Discussion of Opportunities and Prospects

At a time when special attention is being paid to youth policy in our country, increasing young people's social engagement, supporting their professional development, and guiding their future careers have become key priorities. In this regard, as part of the Youth Day celebrations, A. Roziqov, Head of the Surkhandarya Regional Branch of the Management Efficiency Agency, held an open dialogue with graduating students of Termez University of Economics and Service.

The event was conducted in a warm and open atmosphere. During the meeting, participants discussed the students' future plans, professional aspirations, current challenges, and innovative ideas in detail. The students had the opportunity to openly express their views on the opportunities available to today's youth as well as the difficulties they encounter.

During the dialogue, A. Roziqov provided comprehensive information about the activities, key responsibilities, and youth-oriented opportunities offered by the Management Efficiency Agency. He particularly highlighted ongoing reforms aimed at increasing the participation of talented young people in public administration and developing a new generation of highly qualified professionals. In addition, students received practical guidance on civil service recruitment procedures, competitive selection processes, and qualification requirements.
