NamSTU is taking strategic partnership with major Chinese manufacturers to a new level.

These days, the Rector of Namangan State Technical University, Professor Oybek Ergashev, and Professor Zokirjon Erkinov of the Textile Industry Engineering Faculty are on an official visit to the People's Republic of China, holding a series of important meetings with leading industrial enterprises and scientific centers in the field. This visit serves to elevate the integration of higher education, science, and production to a new level. During the meetings, mutually beneficial cooperation directions were discussed with major Chinese companies producing chemical fibers, nanotechnologies, and modern technological equipment. Specifically, important agreements were reached on conducting joint scientific and practical research, creating innovative materials based on nanotechnologies, organizing production internships for students, exchanging experience between professors and specialists, as well as conducting international-level masterclasses and seminars. It is worth noting that today the PRC is a global leader in the production of chemical fibers and high-tech materials, accounting for nearly 75% of the total world production volume. This cooperation will serve as an important factor in the widespread introduction of innovative and nanotechnological approaches at NamSTU and the development of the republic's textile industry based on international standards.
