National values, science, and spirituality are harmoniously integrated at the university
Today, at Kokand State University, national values, spirituality, and creativity came together in harmony. At the Faculty of Exact Sciences and Engineering, under the slogan “National Values and Their Role in the Spirituality of the Nation,” the festivals “National Costumes” and “National Dishes” were held, further strengthening the sense of national pride and self-awareness in the hearts of the youth.
At the same time, a roundtable discussion titled “National Values and Their Role in the Spirituality of the Nation” was also held at the Faculty of Humanities and Languages. During the event, professors and students exchanged views on the role of national values in the upbringing of youth, the preservation of spiritual heritage, and its integration with modern life.
The festival aimed to promote national values widely and to strengthen in young people a sense of identity, national pride, and dignity. During the festive event, students participated with their creative ideas. The tables were adorned with traditional Uzbek dishes — plov, somsa, and various sweets — which were offered to guests.
The “National Costumes” exhibition, organized as part of the event, left a strong impression on the audience. Through their costumes, students expressed the rich history, cultural heritage, and aesthetic taste of our people.
Stage performances, melodies, songs, dances, and poems added a special spirit of joy and celebration to the atmosphere. As emphasized by the faculty administration, such events not only enhance students’ creativity but also play an important role in nurturing respect for national traditions and the history of their people.
