Our representatives are participating in the XIII scientific-practical conference on the topic "The Role of Mirzo Ulughbek's Scientific Heritage in the Development of Modern Astronomy and Education."
At the two-day seminar organized by the Ulughbek Institute of Astronomy of the Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences and the Shahrisabz State Pedagogical Institute, Umidaxon Isomaddinova, a teacher from the Department of Physics and Astronomy at the Kokand State Pedagogical Institute, and four talented students from the faculty are participating directly.
On the first day of the seminar, leading scientists from the Institute of Astronomy of the Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences delivered lectures on astronomy, theoretical and applied astrophysics, introducing the latest developments in the field. Our students are participating not only in the lectures but also in observational work.
