Our representatives' trip to Bashkortostan is ongoing.
Currently, Nigora Qodirova, the Vice-Rector for International Relations of the Kokand State Pedagogical Institute, and Shahnoza Qarshiyeva, head of the joint educational programs department, are participating in a roundtable discussion dedicated to the Bashkir-Uzbek folkloric language relations at Akmulla Bashkir State University.
Additionally, during a roundtable discussion held at the "Uzbek Language Center," which was opened in collaboration with Bashkir State University in April of last year, participants included Leyla Khusainova, Dean of the Faculty of Bashkir Philology, Aytugan Kulanchin, Head of the Department of Turkic and Oriental Philology, Nurbek Jo‘rayev, Vice-Rector of QDPI, Namunakhon Begmatova, students, researchers, and master’s students.
The roundtable discussed topics such as the Bashkir version of the "Alpomish" epic, the commonalities in Bashkir and Uzbek folk games, and the phraseological analysis of the Bashkir and Uzbek languages.
