Our students achieved honorable results at the Uzbekistan Championship
From September 16 to 19, 2025, the Uzbekistan Championship in belt wrestling and freestyle among U-20 boys and girls was held in the Namangan region, where the strongest athletes from various parts of the country competed with each other. Talented students of the Faculty of Arts and Sports of Kokand State University also actively participated in this prestigious competition and achieved high results.
Under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Education, I. Muýdinov, several of our students who prepared for the championship won honorable places and secured tickets to international competitions. In particular:
🥈 Durdona Toshpulatova – took second place and qualified for the World Championship;
🥉 Isobek Meliqoziev – won third place;
🏅 Abdulaziz Muhamedov – was awarded a ticket to the World Cup.
These achievements provide students with the opportunity to showcase their skills on the international stage.
