Outcome of the joint educational program: first thesis defense in Grodno.
On June 26, at the Faculty of Psychology of Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno (Belarus), a thesis defense ceremony was held for our students studying under the joint educational program. The joint educational program implemented in cooperation with Grodno State University has opened new opportunities for students and faculty members of both universities.
The students studied on a tuition-based full-time program: the first two years at Kokand State University, and the following two years at Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno.
Eight students successfully defended their theses and were awarded the qualification of “Pedagogue-Psychologist.” Members of the State Attestation Commission highly praised the quality of the works presented and the students’ professional readiness.
The achievement of such high results was made possible thanks to the contribution of academic supervisors, faculty members, and the integration of best practices from both universities.
The graduation of our students under the joint education program with Grodno State University is an important step in strengthening international cooperation and training qualified professionals in psychology.
