Qualifying Stage of the “Debate”: Climate and Drinking Water Issues Discussed
Within the framework of the “Student Month” at Kokand State University, the qualifying round of the intellectual game “Debate” was held. A total of 12 teams from various faculties of the university participated, showcasing their knowledge, oratory skills, and logical reasoning abilities.
The event was held within the framework of the “Environmental Responsibility Week,” and relevant topics such as “The reduction of drinking water resources is linked to climate change” and “Climate change — a threat to the future” were selected for discussion. During the debate, students demonstrated their potential by analyzing environmental problems, presenting scientifically grounded opinions, and offering concrete proposals related to the topic.
The winning teams will have the opportunity to further test their skills in the next stage.
