"Reading Mentor and Student"

The next stage of the "Reading Mentor and Student" competition was held at the university to promote a culture of reading, further increase students' interest in fiction, and strengthen the relationship between faculty members and their students.

Faculty members from various university departments participated in the competition together with their students. Each team consisted of one mentor and five students. Participants demonstrated their knowledge based on Leo Tolstoy's Anna Karenina and Odil Yoqubov's Ulugbek's Treasure.

The contestants answered questions on the themes of the books, the characters, the authors' literary craftsmanship, and the key ideas conveyed in the works, while also presenting their own analyses and opinions.

At the conclusion of the competition, the most active and knowledgeable teams were declared winners and awarded diplomas and commemorative gifts.
